Last week, our firm filed suit against the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore City on behalf of an elderly resident who tripped and fell on sandbags at a senior center. The lawsuit alleges that the City should have kept the walkways free of obstacles, especially given the fact that elderly people would be walking there. The case is Butler v.
